Finally i have found a free solutions to give assistance to customer that use Mac

i have found this nice program " Schnitz Remote " that can help people to request remote assistance from theyr mac apple computer, they just open the program and set the IP of the Helper and click connect.

Never been Easier !

of course the helper has a Vnc (tight Vnc for example)  in listen mode to a particular port (5500) and router properly configured for nat (network address translation) to accept the income request to your particular Ip of your machine.

 I tested the Schnitz Remote lite solution on a powerbook g4 17 with Mac OSX tiger and a pc with winxp  running vnc in listen mode.

For better performance, you can adjust the color settings to 256 or less because mac osx has full of transparent windows and graphics that can be very weight over adsl connection.
