canon ixus v3 unlimited video
My canon IXUS V3 is a pretty nice digital camera, with 3,2 megapixel resolution, and video recording with sound. The time for video is blocked by default to 30 seconds at 640x480 resolution. And that's why i made this webpage, just to make easy for all to extend this time to 180 seconds. Unlimited video is not yet possible but this extension worth some minute.
By default this time cannot be changed, but one man do the job by modifiying the FIRMWARE and extending video time to 180 seconds (3 minutes !!!).
The operation is very easy for medium and advanced users, infact is just some hex editing to the original firmware and updating the firmware after.
